Since, caddies and players have to work as a team, there needs to be good communication between you and your employed caddy. Try and get introduced with your caddy in the best possible way. It is also advisable to understand the personality of your caddy and work accordingly. You can make your expectations clear and also cooperate with the caddy as much as possible. Before employing, be sure that the caddy is well qualified and experienced. If the caddy lacks experience, it should be well compensated by his understanding and knowledge of the game. You need to fully empathize and respect the role of the caddy. The employment of your caddy should not be taken lightly. Thus, by employing a good caddy, you not only get a good assistance but also get much needed moral support in your game.
